Frequently Asked Questions

Adoption Application Form

Thank you for considering adoption of a rescue animal. Please note that although adoption applications are considered in the order they are received, the pet is not automatically guaranteed to the first request, but to the best fit for both family and pet. Additionally, we keep a list of people looking for certain types/breeds of animals and may call them before considering new requests. All people living in the household should be involved in choosing a new pet. **Please allow 15-20 minutes to complete the entire form.**
